Affiliate Disclosure

Commission Earnings

Our Mental Story (ourmentalstory.com) is a participant in affiliate marketing programs operated by various online casinos and betting operators. When you click on links to betting sites featured in our reviews and subsequently sign up or place bets, we may earn affiliate commissions at no additional cost to you.

Editorial Independence

We want to be absolutely clear: our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. Our assessments of betting sites are based on objective criteria including licensing, user experience, game selection, customer service, and responsible gambling features. Our affiliate commission structure remains the same regardless of which sites you choose to visit.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate and sponsored links on ourmentalstory.com are clearly marked with labels such as "Affiliate Link," "Sponsored," or "Play Now." We are transparent about which links generate commissions for us. If you have questions about whether a specific link is an affiliate link, please contact us directly.

Regulatory Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, as applicable in Great Britain.

Your Responsibility

We encourage you to conduct your own research and gamble responsibly. You are never obligated to use our affiliate links. Whether you access betting sites through us or independently, please ensure you only use licensed operators and set limits on your spending. If you experience gambling-related difficulties, contact GambleAware or the National Problem Gambling Clinic.
